Getting Started
  • BYU Sign allows users to sign and submit forms, waivers, and contracts electronically.

  • BYU Sign provides an effective, convenient, and organized way to electronically fill and submit documents, waivers, and contracts.

  • All full-time BYU employees are automatically licensed for the product. Part-time and student employees who request access can also use the product. Students not employed by BYU may not use BYU Sign. BYU Sign is intended for University purposes only and should not be used for personal or other professional purposes.

  • Submit the request form. Note: It may require a few hours for the submission to process

  • No, Adobe Creative Cloud and BYU Sign are two different and independent products.

  • BYU pays for each individual document signed through BYU Sign. This service is to be used for university purposes only.

Set Up
    • Navigate in Box to the folder that you would like to store your files.
    • Select settings for that folder.
    • Scroll down to the section titled “Uploading.”
    • Select the check mark to allow uploads to this folder via email.
    • Copy the “Upload Email Address.”

    Direct specific agreement to folder
    When sending the document out for signature include the Box “Upload Email Address” in the CC field.
    The document will now appear in Box

    Direct all agreements to a folder
    Under account, select account settings then Global Settings

    Enter the “Upload Email Address” under the section that says “Send an extra copy of every signed agreement to these email addresses."
