Toggle ItemHow do I forward signed documents to Box?
- Navigate in Box to the folder that you would like to store your files.
- Select settings for that folder.
- Scroll down to the section titled “Uploading.”
- Select the check mark to allow uploads to this folder via email.
- Copy the “Upload Email Address.”
Direct specific agreement to folder
When sending the document out for signature include the Box “Upload Email Address” in the CC field.
The document will now appear in Box
Direct all agreements to a folder
Under account, select account settings then Global Settings
Enter the “Upload Email Address” under the section that says “Send an extra copy of every signed agreement to these email addresses."
